Technical Solutions Specialist, Business Information

Responsibilities

- Define the appropriate technical solutions together with the customers
- Responsible for the technical solutions scope of work (SOW) and its implementation.
- Deep knowledge of APIs and SSO Technologies 
- Demo technical delivery. 
- Work with Global business technology team and clients to identify new innovative applications of Coface data, technology, and attached services.
- Deliver technical expertise to expand penetration and influence in client environments, and to create new revenue streams.
- Document, via diagrams and writing, and present solutions to the customer describes the benefits of the solution.
- Build relationships with customers serving as the technical liaison from pre-sales to post-sales.
- Participate in strategic and tactical account planning discussions with other members of the sales team.
- Participate in industry events to learn about new technologies and interact with potential clients and partners.
- Follow industry technology trends through self-study and formal training and shares that knowledge with customers.
- Work with technical architects to design and deliver solutions that are compliant with Coface, technology, and security standards.

Key Requirements

• Experience with APIs, platform integrations, and SSO technologies. 
• Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to details.
• Aptitude to acquire deeper product knowledge.
• Ability to prioritize tasks. 
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Project management skill is a plus to coordinate activities, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth implementation of the integrated solution.
• Proficient in English and local language, both written and verbal

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. 

Experience

At least 2-3 years of relevant experience or Solution Architecture which involves end to end API integration and consulting for business and project planning
