About EngRadar
EngRadar is a direct-apply tech job board built on a measured, first-party dataset: every day it snapshots open roles from companies' own Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby boards — about 42,130 live tech roles as of 2026-06-28 — and derives the things a normal job board can't: median disclosed salary by niche, and hiring velocity (net new openings per company). No recruiters, no ghost jobs, no scraped aggregators.
What makes the data different
Most salary and hiring "data" online is survey-based, self-reported, or modelled. Ours is measured straight from live postings: if EngRadar says 42,130 roles are open, those are distinct, deduplicated, currently-live listings. If it reports a median salary band, that's what employers actually wrote in the posting — never inferred — and we don't publish a band below 20 disclosed data points. The full method, definitions and limitations are on the methodology page, and the derived figures are free to reuse under CC BY 4.0.
Who builds it
Mantas Mykolaitis is a data engineer who built EngRadar's direct-apply hiring dataset — a daily snapshot of open roles on companies' own Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby boards. These reports are measured straight from that data: no surveys, no estimates, no scraped aggregators. It's an independent, solo-built project — not backed by a recruiting agency or an aggregator.
