The role
The Credit Management function is responsible for safeguarding the company’s financial health by ensuring effective cash collection, disciplined credit risk management, and timely resolution of customer-related issues. This role plays a critical part in maintaining stable cash flow, minimizing financial exposure, and enabling strong, trust-based relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
The position oversees end-to-end credit management activities, including cash collection, credit investigation and limit management, dispute resolution, and customer query handling. It ensures that receivables are collected predictably, overdue balances are minimized, and credit exposure remains within approved limits. The role also drives adherence to financial controls and compliance standards, supports audit requirements, and collaborates closely with Finance, Sales, and Commercial teams to provide clear visibility of risk and performance.
