Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate should

have a solid background in Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM), with hands-on

experience in Allegro or Endur. This role involves managing deliverables across multiple projects

and accounts while serving as a key point of contact for functional consultants within the

practice.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for deliverables for multiple projects and accounts, ensuring timely and quality execution.
Act as a key point of contact for functional consultants, providing guidance and support as needed.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions. Participate in and contribute to the implementation, upgrade, and optimization of CTRM/ETRM platforms such as Allegro and Endur.
Ensure the effective utilization of ValueCreed’s Run SmartTM managed services to enhance clients' CTRM solutions.
Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management and clients.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration).
6 to 12 years of experience in the ETRM/CTRM domain.
Proven experience with CTRM/ETRM platforms such as Allegro or Endur.
Strong project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
