Job Responsibilities

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Conduct cold calls and initial screening to understand candidate interest, experience, and expectations.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and maintain relevant talent pipelines.
Manage candidate information, feedback, and recruitment updates through GEM/ATS and trackers.
Support employee referrals, campus hiring, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
Contribute to employer branding and creative ways of engaging prospective candidates.
Follow recruitment SOPs and ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
Take ownership beyond your defined responsibilities whenever needed.

Eligibility

Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience.
Graduates from any educational background are welcome to apply.
Strong communication skills and a learning mindset are more important than your degree or previous role.
