Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily accounting tasks, such as ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Utilize tools for the analysis of financial data, pinpointing trends, risks, and avenues for optimization.
Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies, tailoring approaches to regional demands with our AI technology.
Collaborate with the finance team to refine financial strategies and processes.
Generate precise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Aid in the budgeting and forecasting process, offering insights and data-driven recommendations.
Pursue ongoing education to remain current with industry trends and technological advancements in finance and AI.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
CPA or an equivalent professional accounting qualification is preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with AI-based financial tools is advantageous.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
A staunch commitment to ethical financial practices and meticulous attention to detail.
Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and best practices.
Proficiency with AI-based financial tools and technologies.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
An advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in a leadership capacity within an accounting or finance department.
