Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and implement features and improvements for blockchain protocols.
Develop smart contracts and contribute to the creation and maintenance of decentralized applications (dApps).
Work closely with the research team to validate new concepts and integrate emerging technologies into existing protocols.
Ensure the blockchain infrastructure is scalable, secure, and functions efficiently.
Participate in code reviews, uphold best practices, and maintain high standards for code quality and performance.
Keep abreast of the latest developments in blockchain technology and actively engage with the blockchain community.

Key Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in protocol development with a robust background in blockchain technologies.
Experience in developing smart contracts and dApps.
Proficiency in blockchain-specific programming languages, such as Rust and Solidity.
Familiarity with blockchain consensus mechanisms and experience in optimizing network protocols.
Skills in utilizing blockchain development tools and frameworks.
Deep understanding of cryptographic principles and blockchain technology.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on high-quality solutions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
Strong communication skills, capable of clearly articulating technical concepts.
