STACK Infrastructure is seeking motivated and high-potential Graduate Engineers to support the development, design, delivery, commissioning, and operation of mission critical Data Centre projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for engineering graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience across large-scale infrastructure projects while developing technical, operational, and project delivery capabilities within a fast-paced environment.

As part of the graduate program, you will work alongside experienced engineering and project professionals and gain exposure to the full lifecycle of Data Centre development — from design coordination and construction delivery through to commissioning and operational readiness.

The Graduate Engineer will support multidisciplinary engineering and project teams across active development and construction projects. The role is primarily site and project-based, providing graduates with practical exposure to engineering coordination, commissioning, stakeholder management, and mission critical infrastructure systems.

Graduates will be provided with structured coaching, professional development opportunities, and exposure to real-world engineering applications in a high-performance environment.

We are looking for graduates in the Delivery, Engineering or Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Support the design, delivery, commissioning, and/or operational readiness of Data Centre projects through engineering coordination, site activities, technical reviews, testing, and stakeholder engagement. Assist with reviewing drawings, specifications, vendor submissions, and project documentation while supporting project teams in monitoring progress, resolving technical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. Participate in site inspections, commissioning activities, and project meetings, while developing practical engineering, communication, and project delivery skills within a mission critical environment.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Controls, Mechatronics, or related discipline).

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant internship or industry experience are encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills & Knowledge

• Basic understanding of engineering principles and infrastructure systems.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering documentation.

• Familiarity with engineering and project software tools is advantageous.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
