As a Senior Creative Automation Manager, you will drive the adoption of Generative AI and automation across our Design and Creative organization. You will identify opportunities to improve creative production, streamline workflows, and scale content creation across marketing channels. Working closely with Design, Marketing, Analytics, AI, and Technology teams, you will translate creative and business challenges into scalable solutions that improve both efficiency and performance. This is an individual contributor role within the Creative team, acting as the subject matter expert for Generative AI, creative automation, and workflow optimization across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Generative AI and Creative Automation strategy for the Design organization.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-powered solutions that improve creative production, localization, adaptation, and content optimization.
- Design and scale automated workflows for creative asset creation, versioning, resizing, distribution, and localization.
- Partner with Design, Marketing, Analytics, and Technology teams to integrate AI and automation into day-to-day creative workflows.
- Develop frameworks for creative testing, experimentation, and performance optimization using data-driven insights.
- Establish best practices, governance, prompt libraries, and quality standards for the responsible use of AI in creative production.
- Define and monitor success metrics for automation initiatives and continuously improve workflows based on business impact.
- Drive adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working across creative teams.
Must-Have Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Creative Operations, Creative Technology, Marketing Automation, Digital Production, AI, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and AI-enabled creative workflows.
- Strong understanding of digital creative production across multiple marketing channels.
- Experience designing or improving scalable workflows, processes, or operational frameworks.
- Understanding of performance marketing and how creative assets contribute to campaign performance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and insights to drive decisions.
- Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Nice-to-Have Requirements
- Experience with workflow automation platforms, APIs, or system integrations.
- Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) or Creative Technology platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, JSON, APIs, or scripting.
- Experience with AI image and video generation tools.
- Experience building creative testing or experimentation frameworks.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or performance marketing environments.
- Experience supporting large-scale localization and content adaptation.
- Experience working in international or multicultural organizations.

Within the first 6-12 months, you have successfully implemented scalable AI and automation workflows that improve creative production efficiency, accelerate testing and iteration cycles, and enable teams to create and optimize content at scale. You are recognized as a trusted partner across Design, Marketing, Analytics, and Technology, helping translate emerging AI capabilities into measurable business impact.
