• Manages Travel operations to achieve KPI, SLA, and quality targets.
• Leads, coaches, and develops Travel teams.
• Oversees GDS operations and provides SME support.
• Ensures compliance with client and company policies.
• Monitors performance and drives process improvements.
• Handles escalations and coordinates with clients and stakeholders.
• Supports the Group Manager and leads operations when required.
Assistant Manager
• Minimum of 2 years’ direct team management experience
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in managing Corporate Travel accounts
• GDS - Proficient & minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience on Amadeus and or Sabre (Cryptic/Native GDS)
• Must have experience in Corporate Travel
• Should be flexible to 24X7 work environment
• Must have an experience in team management, should act as ticketing SME to assist team or intervene as needed
• Handling a team of L2 – Complex itinerary trained resources
• Responsible to achieve the KPI/SLA of the process for the team
• Ability to deliver through people
• Experience and ability to supervise team and conduct administrative functions
• Managing a team in past for min 2 to 3 years in Corp Travel & one more GDS experience
• Able to speak & write fluent English
• Confident to lead conference calls
• Good analytical and conflict management skills
Deputy Manager
• 3–5 years of direct team management experience in Travel accounts.
• 3+ years of hands-on GDS experience in Amadeus and/or Sabre.
• Preferably with Corporate Travel experience.
• Flexible to work in a 24/7 environment.
• Ensures team compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Leads team and client/operations meetings and conference calls.
• Drives team engagement through incentive programs.
• Supports the Group Manager and acts as backup when needed.
