Accounting Manager -Bilingual (Korean/English)

As the Financial Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

· Keep track of all the business’ financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

· Organize and maintain the accounting filing system, ensuring easy access to financial data.

· Manage the annual budget and petty cash fund, monitoring and reporting any budget variances or significant issues.

· Process payments to suppliers, customers, and debts in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with payment schedules.

· Enforce sales tax collection from customers and promptly remit them to the government.

· Monitor and ensure the prompt collection of receivables to maintain healthy cash flow.

· Reconcile financial books with bank statements regularly to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

· Communicate financial issues to the management team in a clear and concise manner.

· Adhere to standard accounting procedures and policies to maintain consistency and accuracy.

· Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal government reporting requirements.

· Perform reconciliation tasks with our Korea offices to ensure alignment and accuracy.

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
•  Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial principles.
•  Ability to effectively communicate complex financial data in a clear and understandable manner.
•  Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize projects effectively.
•  Proficient data entry skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
•  Knowledge of payroll accounting is highly desirable.
•  Familiarity with Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) principles is considered an asset.
•  Proficiency in the Korean Language is an additional asset.
•  Must be willing to work in our office.
