Treasury & Automation Analyst

Join our Treasury team at Wix, where we manage cash flow activities like collection, payments, hedging, and investments. We're looking for strong internal candidates from data, analytics, engineering, or finance roles who are eager to apply their technical skills in a Treasury context. You’ll play a key role in driving innovation and operational efficiency in financial processes. In your day-to-day, you will:  

• Build and maintain automations and dashboards for treasury reporting processes, reducing manual work wherever possible  

• Provide finance solutions and data-driven insights to teams within Wix  

• Analyze and forecast FX exposures and manage hedging activities

• Manage the company's relationships with banks and brokers worldwide  

• Maintain bank accounts in compliance with regulations, signature rights, and the company's evolving needs  

• Use AI and automation tools to streamline treasury workflows and reporting

• 2+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, BI development, or a similar hands-on building role  

• Strong skills in Python, SQL, and AI-powered development tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex  

• Experience with dashboards, automation, and data analysis  

• Experience in analytics, data, or finance, with a willingness to learn the Treasury domain  

• Solid understanding of FX hedging and banking operations – an advantage  

• Understanding of accounting principles, especially as they relate to Treasury – an advantage
