Cost Manager - Saudi National

Turner and Townsend are looking to recruit a Cost Manager, to support our Infrastructure team in Riyadh, working on a various types and sizes of projects either in the pre-contract estimating stages or post contract on site.

Role Overview:
- To support the Cost Management team, taking responsibility for allocated tasks.
- To help us provide excellent service delivery to our clients, gain their trust and enhance our reputation.
- To help us ensure that client objectives are met through the delivery of an effective cost management service from pre-contract to construction completion.
Responsibilities:
- Measurement of building works and/or Civil, structureal, archiectural and MEP works.
- Taking personal responsibility for work produced.
- Assisting the team to ensure accurate and timely production of information and reports.
- Interfacing with team members in a professional manner.
- A desire to progress your career to the next level.
Key Experience and Requirements:
- Knowledge of and experience in the Real Estate / Property sector.
- Knowledge of the Cost Management / Quantity Surveying profession.
- Basic experience in the measurement and quantification of building works and Bills of Quantities.
- Professional approach and confident in your ability to add value to our team.
- Ability to work with others and accept instruction in a team environment.
- Willingness to listen and learn and develop your skills.
Skills Required:
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar.
- Desire to obtain Professional membership i.e. MRICS.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of the construction industry.
- Knowledge of CostX is an advantage.
