To take demand from Personal, Prestige and Private Banking clients for banking matters ranging from product questions to client account activities (e.g., opening of relevant accounts, statements, debit order information, etc.), whilst forming an accurate assessment and understanding of that demand in order to act on it in a one-and-done manner that consistently delivers in line with client experience, product and legislative (e.g., FAIS) requirements.

Licenses & Certifications: FAIS Representative
- 3-4 years of client-facing experience in Personal and Private Banking
- Proven experience in a branch banking or contact centre environment
- Demonstrated understanding of banking processes, policies, and product offerings
- Proficiency in identifying and understanding client needs and translating them into appropriate solutions
- Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements, particularly FAIS compliance
- Problem-solving capability with a focus on one-and-done resolution
- Demonstrated cross-selling or sales achievement in banking products
