Periodic Reviews Officer

To efficiently conduct periodic client reviews for Personal and Private Banking (PPB), implementing necessary changes in alignment with regulatory standards. This role ensures that the review process is completed accurately, professionally, and within the required timeframes.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)
• 2-3 years' experience in AML, KYC, CDD, EDD or a compliance-related role in Banking
• Good understanding of KYC and regulatory requirements
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic KYC reviews and assess customer files.
• Request and follow up on outstanding documentation.
• Update and maintain customer information on internal systems.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve KYC-related queries with internal and external stakeholders.
• Review analysts' work where required and maintain accurate statistics and records.
• Monitor outstanding cases and ensure resolution within SLA timelines.
