Warehouse Operative

Purpose of the Role

The primary role of a Warehouse Operative is to carry out warehouse activities, picking and packing, put-away and other designated warehouse tasks.

We have positions available on all three of our shifts. 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am.

• Support the efficient day-to-day operation of the warehouse by ensuring goods are received, stored, picked, checked and dispatched accurately and safely, helping to maintain a reliable flow of products to customers.

The Skills:

The role will include site-specific training on warehouse systems, processes and equipment, alongside ongoing development in health and safety, product knowledge and operational procedures. Further training and development opportunities will be provided as required to support the individual in becoming fully competent and confident in the role.

What we need from you?

• FLT Reach & Counterbalance certified – minimum 1yr experience
• Health & Safety awareness
• Proactive and positive approach to customer service
• Good communication and teamwork skills
