Digital Marketing Specialist

• Manage LinkedIn, Instagram channel social media (organic) and YouTube Channel
• Develop video/ multimedia contents and distribute across digital channels
• Plan and execute influencer marketing and enhance influencer endorsement (both Construction & Industry sector)
• Develop aftermarket partner toolkits and support promotional content/events/trainings to enhance partner marketing.  
• Drive website SEO/SEM strategies, managing Search Engine keyword Ad, paid social Ad campaigns.
• Engage in Sika Korea website contents (Automotive & Industry focused) redesign project and maintain/update related web contents

• 3+ years of experience in social media management (organic/paid) and keyword/search ads
• Practical experience with SEO, SEM, paid ads, and analytics tools.
• Experience in influencer marketing or partner marketing programs
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Experience in B2B marketing or industrial / Automotive industry marketing
• Working experience in advertising/digital marketing agency
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Content development tools (Canva, video editing or similar platforms), Web performance tool (Google Analytics), PowerBI, Sales Force/Pardot.
• Experience using Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google /Naver Search Ads
• Experience collaborating with regional/global teams in multinational companies

• Self-motivated and self-performance management
• Cross-functional collaboration and smooth communication skills bridging between internals to partners/external stakeholders
