Security Trainer / Field Training Officer (m/w/d) - Kronstorf - Vollzeit

We are seeking a motivated Trainer with excellent English skills for a data center of a renowned client located in Kronstorf.

Your Responsibilities (in German and English):

• Responsibility for onboarding new colleagues at the site as well as the (further) development of corresponding onboarding concepts
• Conception, organization, and implementation of internal training and further education measures focusing on security/safety for employees at the site
• Close coordination with managers to determine current and future training needs and to plan and implement them accordingly (in German and English)
• Ongoing review of compliance with the established guidelines, documentation, and identifying any security/safety deficiencies as well as initiating appropriate corrective (measures)
• General administrative, organizational, and conceptual activities
• Collaboration on and leadership of security/safety projects

• Legal age of majority (at least 18 years old)
• Clean criminal record (no prior convictions)
• Relevant experience in conducting and designing training courses
• Confident use of PCs (MS Office applications)
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Category B driver's license
• Team-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
• Ability to prepare and convey content tailored to the target audience
• Very good presentation skills, a lively speaking style, and the ability to inspire people
• Winning demeanor, positive charisma, and a communicative personality
• Reliability and a solution-oriented mindset

For this position, we offer a minimum salary of € 4.000 gross per month (based on full-time employment, including 20-hour-overtime rate). Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, there is a willingness to overpay.
