Site Security Manager (m/w/d) - Kronstorf - Vollzeit

We are currently looking for a motivated Site Security Manager (m/w/d) for a Datacenter of a well-known global client in Kronstorf. Our client prides themselves on delivering best-in-class solutions. As part of this team, you’ll work alongside a group of professionals that are committed to excellence and innovation.

• Active management of on-site security personnel
• Support of recruitment, onboarding, training and development of security personnel
• Building and maintaining a cohesive, high-performing team
• Ensuring compliance with all local labour law regulations, company policies, procedures and operational standards
• Monitoring compliance with established guidelines, identifying security gaps and driving corrective actions and continuous improvements
• Management of security systems, including access control, CCTV and incident management tools
• Assessment, evaluation, documentation and escalation of potential safety issues within the facility
• Collaboration with client leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure operational continuity and service excellence
• Participation in client meetings, trainings and cross-functional collaboration activities
• Provision of leadership coverage across additional campus or regional sites as required

• Minimum 18 years of age
• No criminal record
• Associate degree in business, management or a related field
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent written & spoken English and German
• Several years of experience in the security industry and in a leadership role
• Team-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
• Reliability & flexibility
• Solution-oriented mindset

For this position, we offer a minimum salary of € 4.600 gross per month (based on full-time employment, including 20-hour-overtime rate). Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, there is a willingness to overpay.
