Visual Designer (m/f/x)

• Create impactful visuals for all marketing channels, spanning from social media to out-of-home advertising
• Diligently ensure a cohesive brand experience across all digital and offline touch points, maintaining and evolving our design guidelines
• Collaborate closely with other designers - absorbing feedback, iterating on designs, and contributing to the continuous refinement of the visual brand
• Integrate AI workflows into the design process, demonstrating how applied AI tools can enhance and accelerate creative tasks
• Apply design thinking principles to your daily work and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in design, technology, and AI-driven tools

This is a fixed-term position for 1 year.

• Relevant work experience in visual design, backed by a strong portfolio showcasing your track record
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (in descending order of importance)
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools in creative workflows and showcasing their application in previous design projects
• Excellent craftsmanship with an eye for detail and consistency, enabling you to independently deliver high-quality output
• A passion for creative, meaningful, and impactful communication
• Fluent in English 
• Bonus: Experience or background in illustration or 3D design is a strong plus
