Twin Farms is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team in Barnard, Vermont.

This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in creating clean, comfortable, beautifully prepared spaces and enjoys being part of a supportive team. At Twin Farms, housekeeping is an important part of the guest experience, and the smallest details matter.

Previous housekeeping experience is helpful, but we are happy to train someone who is reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in doing things well.

What You’ll Do

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms, cottages, and public areas to Twin Farms standards.

  • Make beds, refresh linens, clean bathrooms, and restock guest amenities.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout assigned areas.

  • Notice and report maintenance needs, damages, or guest concerns.

  • Follow proper cleaning, sanitation, safety, and chemical-handling procedures.

  • Keep housekeeping carts, supplies, and storage areas organized and well stocked.

  • Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

  • Respect guest privacy and handle personal belongings with care and discretion.

  • Work closely with Housekeeping, Laundry, Guest Experience, and other departments to support a seamless guest stay.

  • Assist with seasonal projects, deep cleaning, and other housekeeping needs as assigned.

  • Previous housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality, or similar experience preferred, but not required.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.

  • Comfortable with physical work including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift.

  • Able to work efficiently while maintaining high standards.

  • A positive, team-first attitude.

  • Comfortable working weekends and holidays as needed.

  • Respectful, discreet, and professional around guests and fellow team members.
