Dining Room Server – AM – Twin Farms

Twin Farms is seeking warm, dependable, hospitality-driven individuals to join our Dining Room team as AM Servers.

Our service style is polished but genuine — never scripted. We are looking for people who enjoy connecting with guests, anticipating needs, and contributing to a thoughtful and seamless dining experience.

Available Shifts

• 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

• 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Hours may vary based on business needs.

What You’ll Do

• Provide warm, attentive, and professional service during breakfast, lunch, and special events.

• Welcome guests and confidently describe menu and beverage offerings.

• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

• Communicate allergies, dietary needs, preferences, and special requests clearly to the culinary team.

• Maintain the presentation and readiness of the dining room and service areas.

• Complete side work including stocking, polishing glassware and silverware, bussing, and resetting tables.

• Assist with in-room dining service as needed.

• Work closely with Dining Room leadership, Culinary, and other departments to create a seamless guest experience.

• Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.

• Previous restaurant, fine dining, or luxury hospitality experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right person.

• Warm, confident, and professional communication skills.

• Genuine enjoyment of taking care of people.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Dependable, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• A team-first attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
