- Manage a portfolio of initiatives, ensuring effective prioritisation, sequencing, dependency management and visibility of delivery impacts across the business.
- Align stakeholders across Operations, Digital, Technology and Finance to support investment decisions, business case development and successful delivery outcomes.
- Provide portfolio governance through reporting, risk management, decision-making forums and executive-level communications.
- Lead complex business initiatives from concept through to implementation, ensuring solutions are practical, customer-focused and operationally effective.
- Drive operational readiness activities, including testing, process readiness, stakeholder engagement and transition planning for new initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to deliver successful change and business outcomes.
- Lead, coach and develop a small team, creating accountability, capability growth and a high-performance culture.
What You'll Bring
- Experience leading portfolios, programs or large-scale business initiatives within complex operational environments.
- Strong strategic planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to balance competing demands and align stakeholders to business objectives.
- Proven people leadership experience, with a track record of developing teams and delivering results through others.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including the ability to influence and align senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing governance processes, reporting, risks and dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Strong commercial and delivery acumen, with experience supporting business case development, investment planning and decision-making.
- The ability to assess change impacts, manage operational readiness and ensure successful implementation of business initiatives.
