Associate Executive - Secretarial

As an Associate within our Secretarial team, you'll be seconded to one of our clients, giving you a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience from day one in a professional corporate environment. Whether you're a fresh graduate or have up to one year of experience, you'll build practical expertise in corporate governance, compliance, and company administration while learning from experienced professionals and developing the skills needed for a successful career in financial services.

What You Will Do 

• You'll support day-to-day corporate activities, including signatory updates and maintaining statutory records.
• You'll assist with corporate actions such as changes to directors and auditors, share transactions, bank mandate updates, and regulatory filings.
• You'll help ensure client records remain accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• You'll support governance and compliance activities by assisting with regulatory submissions, reporting requirements, and operational processes.
• You'll work closely with the client's teams and key stakeholders, gaining valuable exposure to real business operations while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.

About You 

• You hold a degree in Law, Business, Finance, Management, or a related field, or you're pursuing a relevant professional qualification.
• You are a recent graduate or have up to one year of experience and are keen to build a career in corporate services, governance, or financial services.
• You are organised, detail-oriented, and committed to producing accurate, high-quality work.
• You are eager to learn, take initiative, and develop your technical and professional skills in a client-facing environment.
• You are a strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively and building relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
