IT Cloud Infrastructure Administrator

The IT Operations role operates within an Agile and DevOps environment, supporting the delivery and maintenance of technology solutions throughout their lifecycle. The position contributes to the consideration of operational requirements during solution design, helps ensure the stability of production and non-production environments, and supports monitoring and operational activities. The role participates in project meetings and collaborates with stakeholders on activities such as complexity assessments, risk evaluations, and solution planning. Additionally, it works closely with Application Production Support teams to identify and promote application production best practices across projects and team

• Participating in the definition of the technical solution
• Integrating the production and infrastructure requirements in the scoping and in the product backlog
• Ensuring the upskilling of the Product/Project team on application production best practices
• Ensuring the provision of Production and infrastructure resources by facilitating the deployment of solutions
• Liaising with Production Support Applications to implement monitoring and facilitate service supervision
• Contributing to maintaining the services in operational condition
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of Production (Automation, performance improvement, etc.)

• Minimum 2 years of experience;
• IT Infrastructure;
• Production Operation Steering;
• IT Risk and Cyber Security
• English language
