Contract Manager (Nuclear Project)

The Contract Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of contracts supporting the radioactive waste management program, ensuring contractual obligations, commercial risks, and supplier performance are effectively managed. The role will work closely with program, project, engineering, procurement, legal, finance, and client teams to support successful program delivery.
The Contract Manager will lead the preparation of the EPCOM Tender pack, with technical inputs from the delivery team.

- Development of EPCOM Tender PAck
- Contract Administration & Management
- Commercial, Cost & Risk Management
- Claims, Variations & Change Management
- Supplier & Subcontractor Management
- Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Contract Compliance, Negotiation & Reporting
- Degree in Engineering, Science, Law, Business, or a related discipline.
- Experience in design campaign/Site supervision campaign/ with preparing contracts for EPCOM stages.
- Relevant contract management experience, preferably within nuclear, radioactive waste management, decommissioning, major infrastructure, or other complex regulated projects.
- Proven expertise in managing pre- and post-award contract lifecycles, change control, and claims management under stringent quality and regulatory frameworks.
