We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Jeffersontown location (3830 Ruckriegal Pkwy Suite 101). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality products and exceptional service directly to our customers' doors. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers throughout assigned routes in a timely and efficient manner
Navigate routes effectively using GPS technology and route optimization tools to maximize delivery efficiency
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with all customers, ensuring positive interactions and building customer loyalty
Verify delivery addresses, collect payments when applicable, and maintain accurate delivery records
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe, roadworthy condition
Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concerns
Handle products with care to ensure they arrive in excellent condition
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior
Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe driving practices
Resolve customer inquiries or concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary
Meet daily delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining quality standards

Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years of driving history
Pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to navigate routes efficiently and manage multiple deliveries
Reliable and punctual with a strong attendance record
Positive attitude and genuine passion for customer service
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and ability to perform minor troubleshooting
Comfortable using GPS and mobile technology for route navigation and delivery tracking
Physical ability to lift and carry packages safely
Clean driving record with no major violations
Willingness to undergo a criminal background check
