Deliver products to customers in a timely, professional, and courteous manner while maintaining accurate delivery records
Navigate assigned delivery routes efficiently using GPS and mapping technology to optimize time management
Communicate clearly with customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks to ensure safe, reliable transportation
Handle cash and digital payment transactions accurately and securely
Organize and prioritize multiple deliveries throughout your shift, adapting to changing circumstances with resilience
Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure personal and public safety
Provide detailed feedback on delivery attempts and customer interactions to support continuous improvement
Collaborate with team members and management to meet daily delivery goals and operational targets
Represent our brand professionally in all customer-facing situations, building trust and loyalty

Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
Minimum 2 years of driving history if 18 years old; minimum 1 year of driving history if 19 years or older
Access to an insured vehicle in good working condition that can be used for delivery purposes
Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check meeting company-specific standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedules
Proficiency with GPS navigation and mobile technology
Physical capability to safely lift and carry deliveries
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
Ability to work flexibly across various shifts and adapt to business demands
Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for deliveries
