We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at our Red Bud location (1506 S Main St). Lead, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment
Oversee daily operations including product quality, sanitation standards, cost control, and inventory management
Handle customer relations with empathy and professionalism, ensuring exceptional service experiences
Manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
Make sound, decisive judgments to resolve operational challenges and support team needs
Conduct training sessions to equip team members with essential skills and knowledge
Monitor performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement
Maintain transparent communication with management and team members
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Support scheduling and staffing needs with flexibility and organizational efficiency

Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience (if 18 years old) or 1 year driving experience (if 19 years or older)
Clean driving record with no major violations
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Dependable vehicle with current proof of auto insurance
Demonstrated desire and ability to lead and motivate people
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Excellent customer service orientation and commitment to customer satisfaction
Solid understanding of operational management (product quality, sanitation, cost control, inventory)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Sound judgment and empathetic approach to team management
