What You'll Do
- Help lead and motivate the store team
- Be responsible for day-to-day store operations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Train and coach team members
- Maintain product quality and store standards
- Help create a positive, team-focused work environment
- Assist with deliveries when needed
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Full-time availability
- Strong leadership potential
- Dependable and motivated
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn new technology and systems
- Management or leadership experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
