Cloud Solutions and Digital Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Google Workspace expert to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Google Workspace administration while also driving key digital transformation and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise, capable of managing critical IT infrastructure, leading complex data projects, and integrating advanced AI solutions to enhance business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Google Workspace Administration:
  • Serve as a key administrator for the corporate Google Workspace environment, ensuring its optimal performance, security, and availability.
  • Manage user accounts, groups, and services within Google Workspace.
• Digital Transformation & AI Integration:
  • Actively contribute to and support the company's digital transformation strategy.
  • Lead the integration and management of AI tools to automate processes and enhance business capabilities.
  • Liaise with our business partners to ensure value delivery is optimized
• Data Governance & Migration:
  • Lead and support significant data management projects, including large-scale data migrations and platform integrations.
  • Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
• Application Development & Governance:
  • Contribute to the development and governance of business applications, utilizing low-code/no-code platforms to build and deploy solutions.
  • Oversee the application lifecycle from development to publication and maintenance.
• IT Operations & Compliance:
  • Participate in IT service management (ITSM) committees and processes.
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting for complex IT issues.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance standards, including active participation in internal and external audits.
• Identity and Access Management (IAM):
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of user identity, access control, and license management across corporate systems.
  • Develop and enforce IAM policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the IT environment.

• Experience in project management, particularly in agile methodologies
• Strong communication skills
• Expert-level skills in Google Workspace administration.
• Demonstrated experience in a Senior Consultant or Business Automation role.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and experience with the integration of AI tools in a business environment.
• Proven experience leading large-scale data migration and system integration projects.
• Knowledge of IT compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001).
• Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
