Graduate Trainee - Human Resources

Robert Bosch (Pty) Ltd is seeking a recently qualified graduate to be mentored in Human Resources, hosted within our Human Resources Department. The successful applicants will gain practical experience and mentorship across the following key areas:
Payroll
- Assist with processing payroll data and maintaining accurate employee records
- Support salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliance requirements
- Maintain payroll documentation and ensure data integrity
- Respond to employee payroll-related queries under supervision
Training and Development
- Support the coordination and delivery of training programes
- Coordinate training schedules, resources, and participant records
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives
Requirements
- Completed Matric / Grade 12
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology or any other relevant Degree/Diploma
