The purpose of this role is to plan and oversee production in insulator assembly manufacturing by optimum utilization of resources.
- B.E in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing.
- 5+ years of experience in handling team of 25+ number of associates.
Production Management
Plan and monitor daily production of Insulators assembly manufacturing in accordance with control plan, for on-time delivery by effective utilization of man-power and machinery.
People Management
Motivate, train and develop competent workforce of the manufacturing unit to improve efficiency.
Resource Management
Plan and oversee optimum utilization of man-power, machinery, tools, consumables and energy in an efficient manner.
Planned production cost (PPC) deviation
Digitalization
Implement innovative digital solutions in production for reliable manufacturing.

Audit and Compliance
Monitor and implement audit compliance requirements in the department to meet internal guidelines and statutory requirements.

Inventory Management
Plan and control production of insulator assembly manufacturing for efficient value stream management.
