Role Overview
Lead a technical team of around 5 members focusing on Digitalization and cross-service technical enablement.
The role combines hands-on technical contribution, team coordination, people development, and collaboration with WebApp, AI, Data, and other technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a key technical team
- Provide technical guidance for Digitalization, Automation, Integration, and related solution topics based on Digitalization Strategies of Department
- Contribute hands-on to technical implementation, PoCs, and complex project topics when needed.
- Plan team workload, assign tasks, and follow up progress, risks, and technical issues.
- Coach and support team members in technical growth and competence development.
- Work closely with WebApp, AI, Data, DevOps, and other teams to support cross-functional solutions.
- Support knowledge sharing, reusable solutions, technical standards, and good engineering practices across teams.
- Support requirement clarification, estimation, solution discussion, and technical workshops with project teams or customers.
- Provide technical and competence-related input to management when discussing future capability needs or new technology topics.
Expected Profile
- Strong technical background in IT Software Development, Digitalization, Automation, or related areas.
- Experience with Web Applications, APIs, system integration, databases, or automation solutions.
- Good understanding of modern software architecture and cloud-based applications.
- Basic to good understanding of AI and Data-related solutions is an advantage.
- Experience mentoring, coordinating, or leading a small technical team.
- Good communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work across different technical teams and collaborate in a matrix organization.
- Willingness to remain hands-on in technical work.
