Officer, Order Management

About the role

Support customer service operations by ensuring accurate order entry, system data integrity, and seamless processing across multiple operating platforms to optimize service performance and meet organizational efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and provide support to the team of customer service representatives in order entry.
• Enter and maintain the quality of information and dates entered into the system.
• Utilize platforms such as VIPS, Trim, and D2comm as necessary for system order entry.
• Follow up on pending orders specifically by End Dates, providing feedback to the CSR team in case of discrepancies.
• Process system credits and/or returns as required while maintaining established efficiency standards.
• Support and update customer reports as a specialized Order Entry task while adhering to quality guidelines.
• Process orders across Oracle BDP/BDC/BDA/SO Creation (VD APP, Zoom, Zoom Capture, CPQ Live, VS003), VIPS, OLD d2com, New d2com, ACS, and PO release sites,Marketplace.
• Execute order transfers from BDP to BDC, and handle AJKS/RMA/REP creation in BDP/BDA/BDC.
• Perform customer call-out order verifications for D2com RFID, manage workflow automation, and prepare order flow charts.
• Create workflow automation using VBA,google script,Python 

• Business graduate from a reputed University.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• 1–2 years of experience in service industries, preferably in compliant factories.
• Positive attitude towards managing customer relationships.
• Strong level of communication, negotiation, and planning skills.
• Willingness to travel to various locations where customer factories are situated.
