Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive professional to support general project management, vendor coordination, and facilities and GRC-related operations. The role will focus on planning, prioritizing, and tracking projects while working closely with internal stakeholders, landlords, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and track projects through clearly defined activities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive timely execution.
• Manage vendor performance and support facilities and lease management related activities.
• Oversee command-centre activities, including access control and CCTV monitoring.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress updates.
• Identify operational issues, coordinate resolution, and follow through to closure.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring effective stakeholder collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–6 years of experience in general project management, PMO, operations, vendor management
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Good judgment, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to break projects into activity-level tasks and track them to completion.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Graduate with a strong educational background.
• Technical facilities or IT project-management experience is not mandatory.

Preferred Profile

• Based in Bangalore and comfortable with the hybrid work model and mid-shift.
• Immediate joiner or candidate available at short notice.
• Adaptable, well-spoken professional with the ability to learn facilities-related processes.
