GG Media is seeking a motivated and personable Public Relations Associate to join our Birmingham team.
In this role, you will support public relations initiatives, assist with communication strategies, help coordinate campaigns and events, and represent the company professionally when interacting with clients, partners, and the public.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, relationship building, organization, and working as part of a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of public relations initiatives and campaigns.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and members of the community.
Assist with the preparation of company communications, presentations, and promotional materials.
Coordinate meetings, events, outreach activities, and promotional initiatives.
Represent GG Media professionally during client and public-facing interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent messaging and communication.
Assist with campaign organization, scheduling, and project coordination.
Respond professionally to inquiries and help maintain strong external relationships.
Contribute ideas that improve communication strategies and brand awareness.
Maintain organized records related to campaigns, contacts, and ongoing projects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
