IGL4US is seeking a professional and personable Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
In this role, you will support customers with general inquiries, provide accurate information, assist with day-to-day service requests, and help ensure that every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys helping people, works well in a team environment, and can remain organized while managing multiple responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer questions and general service inquiries.
Provide clear, accurate, and professional information to customers.
Assist customers with requests, concerns, and basic issue resolution.
Maintain organized and accurate customer records.
Follow up on customer requests when necessary.
Coordinate with internal departments to help resolve customer needs.
Maintain a professional and welcoming approach during customer interactions.
Support administrative and operational tasks related to customer service.
Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.
Follow company procedures and service standards.
Assist team members with additional responsibilities as business needs evolve.
Competitive salary of $33,000 – $36,000 per year
