Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Representative to join our dynamic team. This position is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to start a career in communications and public relations. As an Entry Level Communications Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting our company’s communication strategies and initiatives. You will be responsible for assisting with internal and external communications, engaging with clients and stakeholders, and helping to maintain a consistent brand voice across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

Assist in drafting and editing internal and external communications including emails, newsletters, and press releases.
Support the development and implementation of communication campaigns and promotional materials.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Respond to general inquiries from clients, media, and the public in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
