Global Recruitment Excellence Intern or Apprentice - F/M/X

6-month internship or 12-month apprenticeship - based in Accor Headquarters - starting January 2027.
 

Part of Accor Global People & Culture (HR) department, you will join the Global Talent Acquisition Team. Through this international experience, you will contribute to improving Accor’s recruitment ecosystem by supporting key projects and initiatives focused on candidate experience, and recruiter & hiring manager service excellence . This internship is a great opportunity to partner with several departments, regions, and brands, while developing project management, stakeholder coordination, HR tools, and communication skills in a global environment.

Your key responsibilities:

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the candidate experience across the recruitment journey, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and consistent process aligned with Accor’s values.

• Support initiatives to enhance the recruiter and hiring manager experience, with a focus on service excellence, process efficiency, tool adoption, and best practices.

• Partner with the Digital team to deploy, optimize, and promote the adoption of our ATS, SmartRecruiters, and its features across all regions.

• Facilitate the integration and rollout of our assessment tool, AssessFirst, to strengthen candidate qualification and support change management across hubs in line with global recruitment objectives.

• Drive improvements in user experience and optimize performance on our Careers website, ensuring an effective and attractive digital journey for candidates.

• Support recruitment activations and related initiatives to attract talent and increase visibility of Accor’s opportunities.

• Manage the monthly reporting of key recruitment performance indicators, contributing to performance monitoring and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including recruiters, hiring managers, regions, and brands, to support the adoption and success of global talent acquisition initiatives.

Your experience and skills include:

• Academic background in Human Resources, Communications & Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
• Experience in project management gained through internships or apprenticeships.
• Fluent English in both written and spoken form; proficiency in French is a strong advantage.
• Organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Inventive and creative mindset, with attention to detail.
• Empathetic with strong adaptability and communication skills.
