About Eleanor Health
Our mission at Eleanor Health is to help anyone affected by addiction live an amazing life. We are passionate about transforming the quality, delivery, and accessibility of addiction treatment.
Eleanor Health is a best-in-class substance use disorder (SUD) care provider, utilizing Medication for Addiction Treatment, behavioral health therapy, and broader wellness and social support. Eleanor delivers accessible, evidence-based, and clinically excellent care supported by innovative technology, as a multi-site clinical provider. Eleanor offers community members a sustainable path to recovery by addressing behavioral and social determinants of substance use, in tandem with medical needs.
About the Role
We're looking for a teammate whose first priority is making our team members — both direct-care and non-clinical — confident, competent, and efficient in their roles. You'll be the connective tissue between clinical standards and the people applying them: building competency, coaching performance, monitoring quality signals, and helping teammates stay aligned with protocol as things evolve.
As the central point of contact for onboarding and training needs, you'll serve as an Eleanor Health Ambassador, creating a welcoming, engaging, and supportive learning experience for team members across the organization. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, clinical leadership, and cross-functional teams to coordinate onboarding, facilitate training, connect employees with educational resources, and support ongoing professional development — while helping centralize learning and development activities so training requests, educational materials, learning schedules, and completion records stay organized, accessible, and consistently maintained.
We're looking for someone who brings energy, creativity, initiative, and a service-oriented mindset to every interaction — a dynamic facilitator who enjoys helping others succeed, anticipates training needs, and contributes to a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and compassionate care.
This role owns the day-to-day logistics and communication that keep onboarding and learning programs running smoothly. You'll support program delivery: centralizing training requests, coordinating facilitators and schedules, maintaining approved resources and LMS records, facilitating assigned sessions, and reporting on training progress.
What You'll Do
Onboarding Coordination
- Serve as the primary onboarding contact for new team members and hiring managers, answering questions and coordinating next steps.
- Partner with hiring managers to organize role-specific onboarding schedules, track milestones, and resolve logistical barriers.
- Coordinate calendars, invitations, facilitator availability, training assignments, attendance, and follow-up communications.
- Create a welcoming onboarding experience that reflects Eleanor Health's mission, culture, and commitment to compassionate care.
- Gather new-hire and hiring-manager feedback and recommend practical improvements to onboarding processes.
Centralized Learning & Development
- Serve as the first point of contact for training requests and in-service needs; maintain a central request tracker and route content decisions to appropriate leaders.
- Maintain a centralized training calendar and organized library of approved learning materials, job aids, and onboarding resources.
- Coordinate continuing education, refresher sessions, ad hoc in-services, and other approved learning activities.
- Prepare, format, distribute, and update approved presentations, manuals, visual aids, and learner communications.
- Track material revisions and maintain version control in partnership with subject matter experts.
Training Facilitation & Learner Support
- Facilitate assigned live and virtual onboarding and training sessions using engaging adult-learning practices.
- Assist subject matter experts with training activities, learning objectives, and evaluations using established instructional approaches.
- Provide approachable assistance with training access, LMS navigation, and approved EHR workflow learning resources.
- Coordinate internal facilitators and support their preparation for consistent training delivery.
- Collect learner feedback and share recurring questions or training gaps with leadership.
LMS Coordination, Tracking & Reporting
- Coordinate LMS course assignments, enrollments, learning plans, completion records, certificates, and routine updates.
- Maintain attendance logs, training documentation, completion reminders, and certification deadlines.
- Prepare regular onboarding and training status reports for hiring managers and leadership.
- Organize records for training-related reviews and support follow-up on identified administrative gaps.
- Escalate clinical, compliance, or technical questions to the appropriate qualified team members.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Build responsive relationships with hiring managers, medical and clinical leaders, Compliance, and other internal partners.
- Coordinate training-related meetings, project logistics, action items, and status updates.
- Identify recurring process bottlenecks and suggest ways to improve the employee learning experience.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Who You Are:
You're organized, welcoming, and patient — someone who notices the small things and coaches people through them without ever making anyone feel small. You build relationships easily, communicate clearly, and take initiative without losing sight of your role. Hiring managers and new teammates know they can count on you, and you're energized by helping someone go from unsure to confident. You represent Eleanor Health's mission and values in every interaction, and you're comfortable being the steady, organized, accountability-holding presence behind our training programs.
You'll Be a Good Fit If You Have:
- 1–3 years of experience in onboarding, training coordination, learning operations, healthcare administration, or a related support role, or equivalent experience.
- Associate degree (or equivalent experience) in Education, Instructional Design, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Clear writing, responsive communication, and experience organizing schedules and tracking deliverables across teams.
- Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong follow-through — especially when priorities or deadlines shift.
- Comfort facilitating in-person or virtual learning sessions and supporting learners with different needs.
- Experience with an LMS, or a demonstrated ability to learn new platforms quickly; strong Google Workspace skills.
- A proactive, service-oriented approach and sound judgment about when to escalate questions.
- Ability to work remotely and travel approximately 25% as needed.
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, substance use disorder services, or a growing organization.
- Experience supporting continuing education, onboarding programs, or training evaluations.
- Exposure to Relias, Articulate, Athena, or similar systems.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles or the ADDIE framework.
