About You

You love to get your hands dirty and are comfortable being in the trenches problem-solving. You’re a curious, “doer” type with a bias for action and a get s*** done attitude, but also know when to zoom out and examine the big picture. You have broad business management experience, operate well in ambiguity, and have proven your ability to communicate effectively across cross domains and teams. You have worked in early/small teams, are excited by a role you’ll be able to shape, are a phenomenal team player, and want to save-the-damn-planet!

About Your Role & Impact

We are looking for a driven, high motor generalist who is extremely reliable, resilient, and is looking to join an ambitious company that will enable them to do their life’s work. We are looking for someone with operational and business experience who can “figure it out” no matter the task, and then follow-through every time. Working directly with the CEO, you’ll have a unique opportunity to build from the ground up, put structure where there wasn’t any before, and help us scale revenue more than 5x over the next 24 months.
