Night Shift Working Lead (Welding / Fabrication)

Reports To: Production Supervisor / Production Manager Job Summary: The Night Shift Working Lead is a hands-on production leader responsible for leading and supporting night shift manufacturing employees while actively performing production work. This role sets daily priorities, ensures safe and efficient operations, and serves as the first point of contact for workflow, quality, and safety concerns. The ideal candidate will have welding experience; however, candidates with machine shop or first-entry manufacturing experience may also be considered.
