ABOUT YOU

We are looking for an Tech lead, APAC who combines strong hands-on technical depth with proven people leadership to join our team supporting Xsolla's core business in the APAC market. The ideal candidate is fluent in both Nihongo and English, comfortable acting as the technical bridge between local partners and our global engineering organization, and experienced leading a small team of engineers across regions. You'll be responsible for understanding and translating local partner requirements into technical solutions, contributing hands-on to web development, and managing and mentoring a small distributed engineering team. This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable in a code review, a partner meeting, and a 1:1 with a direct report.
