Sureel AI is building the standards and infrastructure for AI rights, licensing, attribution, protection, and intelligence, starting in music and expanding across media. We are building the infrastructure that enables creators and rightsholders to control how their work is used by AI, protect their rights, understand its use and value, and participate in new AI licensing models. At the same time, we provide AI companies and digital platforms with the systems required to access rights, permissions, attribution, guardrails, reporting, and licensing infrastructure programmatically. Acquired by Warner Music Group, Sureel operates as an independent, federated company combining startup speed with the reach of a global music company. We are now looking for a senior, highly hands-on product leader to turn our technology, commercial strategy, partner requirements, and industry vision into a coherent enterprise platform.

Your role

You will own the product direction and execution of the full Sureel stack, working closely with leadership, Engineering, AI, Business Development & Licensing, Client Relations, and our partners. This is a hands-on product leadership role. You will set product strategy and priorities, but you will also personally conduct customer discovery, talk to clients, research the market, write product requirements, map workflows, review designs, analyze usage, test products, work directly with engineers, and drive capabilities from concept through adoption. You will help answer the core product questions that determine Sureel's future: What should we build? What should we not build? What needs to become scalable platform infrastructure? What should remain configurable or customer-specific? What do enterprises need in order to deploy Sureel at scale? How should commercial and licensing models translate into actual product workflows? How do we turn partner feedback into a coherent product rather than a collection of bespoke features? You will operate as the bridge between business strategy, customer needs, technology, and execution, ensuring Sureel builds products that customers adopt, use, and rely on.
