Senior Implementation Specialist

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the technical implementation of Windfall's solutions, helping customers successfully integrate our platform with their data and applications. As a key member of the Solutions Engineering team, you'll partner closely with Customer Success to deliver a seamless onboarding experience, ensuring customers are set up for long-term success from day one. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while building strong relationships with customers. You'll collaborate with executive stakeholders, product leaders, and cross-functional teams, confidently guiding conversations with both technical and nontechnical audiences.
