As a Human Resources Specialist at Ware Malcomb, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department under the direction of the Mexico Senior Human Resources Specialist. In this role, you will partner with the Senior Human Resources Specialist and the Mexico Human Resources Intern to assist with the implementation and administration of key Human Resources functions, including policies and procedures, benefits administration, employee relations, legal compliance, training and development, payroll, workplace culture initiatives, and health and safety programs.
