The Role

Are you a proven leader in medical events, meetings, and congress execution ready to elevate HCP engagements across the life sciences industry? As the Director for Strategic Meetings and Congresses, you will build, mentor, and lead an elite event planning team responsible for executing high-impact, home-office organized events; including Advisory Boards, Consultant Engagements, Investigator Meetings, Speaker Training, and Major Congresses. In this high-impact operational leadership role, you will bridge high-level commercial strategy with flawless execution. Partnering directly with the Director of Strategy & Business Development and Customer Account Teams, you will operationalize cutting-edge event capabilities, transform customer relationships, and establish the gold standard for compliant, high-touch HCP experiences.
