本ポジションは、当社の経理機能の中核を担う経理リードです。日次・月次の記帳中心の経理オペレーションにとどまらず、月次・四半期・年次決算の早期化と精度向上、単体・連結決算体制の構築、計算書類・開示書類の作成、並びに上場準備フェーズにおける監査法人・主幹事証券対応、内部統制（J-SOX）整備を中心的な業務とします。 上場準備フェーズを見据え、監査法人・主幹事証券・顧問税理士と連携しながら、決算・開示・内部統制の質を引き上げていただくことを期待しています。
