Marketing Operations Manager

We’re seeking a resourceful, detail‑driven Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize our marketing technology ecosystem. You’ll orchestrate campaign execution across our stack — including Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Apollo, Copilot Agent Studio, Make, and more, ensuring seamless integrations, precise tracking, and scalable processes. This role is the operational backbone of our integrated marketing campaigns, translating strategy into execution by managing systems, workflows, and data that drive pipeline and revenue. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week onsite in the Bogotá office.
